Ms. Rudd has 25 years experience in private equity, corporate finance and commercial banking. Ms. Rudd was a Co-founder (with Mr. Flynn) of Hampshire Equity Partners' predecessor in 1990 and currently serves as a Managing Partner responsible for originating, structuring and managing equity investments. Ms. Rudd has been directly involved in managing over 12 of the firm's investments, serving as a board member or Chairman of the Board of over 8 of Hampshire's portfolio companies. Ms. Rudd is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Impact Products and Fairchild Corporation. Ms. Rudd has also been directly involved in the fundraising process for all the firm's funds. From 1987 to 1990, she was employed by Merrill Lynch, and from 1980 to 1987, Ms. Rudd worked for Continental Bank.

Ms. Rudd received her Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and studied anthropology and archaeology at Northwestern University.
