Mr. Flynn has 24 years experience in private equity, corporate finance and commercial banking. Mr. Flynn was the Co-founder (with Ms. Rudd) of Hampshire Equity Partners' predecessor in 1990 and currently serves as a Managing Partner responsible for originating, structuring and managing equity investments. Mr. Flynn is currently Chairman of the Board at Kids Outlet and US Block Windows. Also, Mr. Flynn was formerly the Chairman of the Board at Citi Trends. Prior to 1990, Mr. Flynn worked for The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York where he specialized in the aerospace industry. Mr. Flynn received his Master in Business Administration at Babson College and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University. Mr. Flynn lives in Westchester County with his wife and two children.
