While we look for similar qualities in all of the companies in which we invest, the investments themselves can take varied forms. Our experience and flexibility has led us to invest in buyouts, recapitalizations, growth financings, consolidations, and corporate restructurings. The structure of these investments are equally flexible and can take the form of new common equity, preferred stock, subordinated debt, or the purchase of debt/securities from existing company lenders or investors. We will consider both majority and strong minority investments. In all cases we look to be value-added participants in the strategic direction of the company through active Board representation.
