On February 28, 2005, Kids Outlet, LLC, a newly formed entity controlled by Hampshire Equity Partners, purchased the business and the assets of W&W Wholesale Inc.

Based in San Diego, California, Kids Outlet is a retailer of off-price children's apparel with locations in California, Texas and Arizona. The Company operates 28 stores and sells clothes for newborns, infants, toddlers and young children. Through its store locations, the Company targets Hispanic communities.
