Hampshire Acquires Impact Products, LLC

Toledo, OH - On March 9, 2006, Hampshire Equity Partners ("Hampshire"), in conjunction with management, acquired Impact Products, LLC ("Impact"). Based in Toledo, OH, Impact Products is a leading supplier of branded and private-label non-chemical commercial cleaning, maintenance and related products.

The Company offers a full suite of janitorial supplies, including floorcare products, waste receptacles, washroom accessories and safety items, and has one of the broadest product lines in its industry (approx. 3,700 SKUs). Impact's products, which are sold through an extensive network of wholesalers and distributors, are ultimately used in the janitorial/sanitation, industrial and foodservice markets.

Customers rely on the Company for its high quality products, superior customer service, diverse product offering, value-added capabilities, and flexibility in customization and delivery.

Hampshire intends to continue Impact's strong historical track record of organic growth through increased sales to existing markets and further penetration of under-served markets. Hampshire will also explore strategic acquisitions that would expand the Company's product offering.
