Since our founding in 1990, we have invested in 40 companies. We typically invest $10 million to $25 million in each transaction, but we have exceeded both ends of the range as situations have necessitated. We have over $730 million under management and are currently investing the capital from Hampshire Equity Partners III, LP, a fund raised in 2001.
